How do I book?

Great question! You can submit booking request form and we will get back to you ASAP with some info on our space and availability. If you have a general inquiry, you can also call or email us and someone will get back to you with 24-hours of your message.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48-hours advance notice of any cancellations or rescheduled bookings. Any cancellations or rescheduled dates within the 48-hour period will have to provide another security deposit to re-book.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do. A deposit amount of 25% of the booking fee is due at minimum 10-days before your scheduled booking. If you cancel or reschedule before 48-hours ahead of your booked date, we will return your deposit in full via the method it was provided. Cancellations within the 48-hour window will forfeit their deposit. 

Is the studio wheelchair friendly?

Our entire facility is wheelchair friendly with 34″ wide doors, level flooring across all rooms in the building, and even ground access from outside to inside. Additionally, our bathrooms are all large enough to accommodate wheelchair access.

Can I book for a private event?

We’d love to have you host your next event with us! There are some requirements you’ll need to meet in order to make sure that your event is compliant and safe for everyone in attendance. Reach out to us and let’s chat about how we can help to bring your event to life!

Do you offer gear rental?

Equipment rental is available as an optional add on to any booking. We have a wide selection of high quality production gear to help you get the perfect shot. Fill out our Equipment Rental Request form for more information.

How many days can I book for?

As many as your project requires! You can book for one day or 6 months depending on the size of your project. We will work with you to accommodate any project of any duration. 

Can I park at the studio overnight?

For multi-day bookings, parking is permitted overnight between booking days. For single day bookings, if you need to park the night before or after, availability will be on a case-by-case basis depending on the schedule of other rentals at the time. Reach out to us to discuss your parking needs and we will do our best to find a parking solution that works best for you.

How many vehicles does the parking lot fit?

Approximately 16-20. For larger teams, we have partnerships in place with some neighbouring business for overflow parking and will do our best to accommodate extra vehicles in nearby lots.  

Can we shoot with pyro or water?

Yes, although there are some limitations. Please contact us with specifics about your requirements and we can determine whether or not we’ll be able to accommodate your request.

Do we need our own insurance?

Yes, all productions renting our space require their own insurance and must add Green Door Studios Inc. as an additional insured to your policy for the dates you are renting. 

Is there Wifi available?

Wifi is available to all of our renters and their teams. One of our team members on site will provide the login information prior to the first day of your booking.
